Phase 1 (which included complete work to the roof, wall ties, replacement stonework to make the building safe and weather proof – and all to be in keeping with the original structure) was completed in 2004 at a total cost of £123,000.
The target for Phase 2 (which includes the building of two extensions – a kitchen and toilet facilities – heating, electrical work, flooring and internal decoration) is £210,000 and we have raised £113,033 towards it – up to July 2008.
